Very fun

Although as with everyone before me, the unit AI is extremely unresponsive, they seem to not like defending themselves against attack and dont like targeting what i order them too. Multiple times ive lost a fleet of 10-15 ships to a group of 4 enemy ships because they all targeting one enemy and then ceased firing, allowing the enemy ships to tear them apart... extremely frustrating, but very high potential for a great game...

Entertaining but annoying

First off, i absolutely love the atmosphere of the game. The art was ok, I did like the style but the proportions were off, and the animation was choppy and unrealistic at points. The backgrounds however were excellent, combined with the ambience, mystery involving Ira and Jonathan's daughter, and the very well done voice acting created a brooding mood.

The game was very well built until a point, I will admit, I laughed at the design of the locusts. I mean seriously, who would openly be afraid of that. The weird design, whilst fitting in with the story seriously killed the mood for me.

The minigames were possible, but unnecessarily hard in my opinion. The RC car one was plain annoying, due to the invisible traps, and the shotgun one was very difficult. However, i did like the amount of detail put into that shotgun segment, compared to the things you see in other point and click adventure games this was actually very well made. The shotgun reacts realistically, and the reload animation had me going each time. But what i most enjoyed about the segment was the appearance of the corpses, the headless man in the office as well as Rick. Those really set the horror mood. Otherwise, having to shoot that many enemies at once with only two shots took alot of tries. However, it did do a job in grabbing my attention once more.

Also, finally, whats up with the cat puzzle? The idea of luring a group of flies over
to a cat with a makeshift flamethrower was ridiculous, even more that the overall idea was to get the burnt cat to block the mirror. I did not find it funny.

In the end however, i did enjoy this game very much, the ending cut scenes really wrapped the game up very well, and i commend you for your storytelling abilities.

Zombies - The Beginning Zombies - The Beginning

Rated 4 / 5 stars

Really nice

One thing that bothered me in the flash was the artwork and animation... while of course you cant expect too much from a first person point and click game, the cutscenes really bothered me... and also of notice is how some characters are only seen from one angle...

Another nitpick is the shooting segment... it was pretty much point, click three times, do twice then reload, repeat, atleast some variation and strategy... i think the flash could have done without the shooting segments

On the plus side, those zombie designs were really interesting, very scary... as stagnant as they were while approaching I was impressed by their designs,

Also, the use of sound and music is astonishing, it creates a brilliant atmopshere... the ambience, the shrieks, everything is well timed and positioned.

Overall, a very atmospheric and definitly an interesting flash.

How to Raise a Dragon How to Raise a Dragon

Really time consuming...

I love the style of this game, disguising a story as a guide, and that guide as a game... this was a really interesting experience.

Also, the replay value is great, going back just to find the different combinations and titles, I admit i played this for a long time.

Great job.
